Preschool education is a unique role and function as the basis of education in education development in this country as pre-school education is not part of the schooling system in Malaysia. There is no provision provided by the Ministry of Education for pre-school education. The involvement of the Ministry of Education is to provide a guide for the existence of kindergartens.
